What we require

Before we onboard new vendor partners, we verify the following. You'll need to provide these once we move forward with your application.

  • Insurance: General liability and, where applicable, workers' compensation. We may request Total Management NYC or the building as additional insured.
  • Licenses: All trade-specific and NYC/state licenses required for your line of work.
  • W-9: Completed W-9 for payment processing.
  • References: We may contact references for work history and performance.
